- You can register your information one time and we will securely store it for you (except for credit card info which you have to type each time you order because we do not store that information), or you can order without registering. The choice is entirely yours.

- Your credit card is NOT charged automatically online thorugh a gateway processor - we address verify each new customer and process credit card charges manually through our terminal here at the BLACKMETAL.COM office.

Do I have to register to order from BLACKMETAL.COM?
No. Registering is purely OPTIONAL. However, registering is 100% SECURE, fast, easy and best of all, stores your information for all future orders so you do not have to re-type it each time you wish to order (except credit card numbers, which we do NOT store)! You enter your personal information one time, and that's it! You do not have to type it again, unless you want to modify it, which is also easy to do anytime by click MY ACCOUNT at the top navigational bar on every page.

You can order place your order ONLINE through our shopping cart and at the final checkout page, use the Payment Method pull-down and choose "SNAIL MAIL", then finalize the order by submitting that page. You will receive an email confirmation that you can print out with our address and send to us with your personal check, money order, or US cash or EURO cash payment.
Personal Checks are held for a minimum of 10 days for bank clearance. Credit Card is the fastest payment method and we do NOT charge any credit card surcharge, like some other Metal Companies (who shall remain nameless) do! All credit card payments will be billed on your credit card statement as:
BLACKMETAL.COM IMPORTANT NOTICE: All first-time credit card customers MUST provide us the correct billing address so we can conduct an address verification prior to processing your order. In other words, you must provide us the exact address where you receive your credit card bill. If you do not provide the exact billing address your order will be delayed or possibly not filled at all. We also may ask for the Customer Service 800 number on the back of your credit card for verification purposes.Additionally, all credit card orders require a valid telephone number whereby a verbal confirmation can be made if we feel there is a question about the charge. We also perform address verification on all first-time credit card customers, so make sure you provide your correct billing address (the address where you receive your credit card bill) in the "billing address" field in the online order form. Credit card fraud is a felony and Cybertzara/BLACKMETAL.COM will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to us to prosecute persons attempting fraud.top
Do you accept Pay Pal?
Yes, we DO accept Pay Pal. When you checkout you will be automatically transported to the Pay Pal page to send the money to us. Otherwise you can send it to:

YES! You CAN order ONLINE and still pay via snail mail (money order, personal check, or US cash or EURO cash sent to our address via the Postal Service)! By reserving your items ONLINE you are assured they will be held for you. You then have a maximum of 10 days to get your payment to us in the mail. When you order online you get an email confirmation that you can print out and sent to us with your payment. What could be easier?!
Alternately, you can print out an Order Form, choose from a PDF Order Form or a Plain Text Order From and manually write your order and send it to us with payment, but we HIGHLY recommend that you order ONLINE first to RESERVE YOUR ITEMS, and print out your emailed order confirmation and sent that to us with your payment. Can I get an Order Form?
Yes, certainly. You can print out a PDF Order Form or a Plain Text Order Form, but we HIGHLY recommend that you order ONLINE first, and print out your emailed order confirmation and sent that to us with your payment.top
Can I call my order in over the telephone?
Yes, you may place your order via telephone voice message if you wish. To do this call (323) 640-0003 and speak SLOWLY and CLEARLY. Include your:- Full name
- Shipping address
- Billing address (where you receive your credit card bill if paying by credit card)
- Items you wish to order including artist, title and formats (CD, LP, etc)
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- The exact name as it appears on the credit card
- Your telephone number
- Your email address

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. There are exceptions. If you are not an established, regular, customer of ours and if you are outside the United States and wish to order with a credit card, we may (at our discretion) NOT accept your credit card and may require that you pre-pay in advance by International Money Order or well-concealed registered cash (US or EUROS).
If you are in MEXICO, BRAZIL, GREECE, ITALY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN - and possibly other countries at our descretion - we may REQUIRE that you pay an additional $11.75 for each order you place with BLACKMETAL.COM so that each order can be shipped via USPS REGISTERED First Class International AIRMAIL. This is a SAFER method of shipping and eliminates any disputes about delivery of your order.
Also, if you are outside the USA, you may optionally request to have your package shipped via USPS Registered First Class International Airmail for an additional $11.75.

We use 128-bit SSL encryption schemes when transferring credit card information through our web site so that your credit card information is kept confidential and secure at all times and is NOT stored anywhere. Your personal information (minus credit card or any payment info) is stored securely on our website behind a firewall in a non-publicly accessible password-protected directory; all credit card information is stored encrypted in a secure undisclosed, separate server, not on the same network as this website. What are "ALTS" and why do I need to list any?
"ALTS" are Alternative Selections that you should list in case we are out of stock on a particular item that you ordered. Always be sure to include alternative selections ("Alts") when ordering. A COMMENTS field is included in the online check out form. Do not type any quotation marks in these fields, only type the artist/band, title, and format of the alternative items you wish to be sent in place of any out of stock items. IMPORTANT NOTE: We send alternative selections ONLY if your main selections are out of stock.top
What does "TEMP N/A" mean?
TEMP N/A means TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE. Please do NOT order any item that has TEMP N/A instead of a price - actually, the online shopping cart will not allow you to order an item that is out of stock. If an item has a price listed, we have it in stock. We work long hard hours on this website to constantly update it, to ensure you the most accurate list of items available at the moment, and to minimize "out of stock" or TEMP N/A items. If an items is listed as TEMP N/A you will not be able to add this item to your shopping cart, as we do not have it in stock. TEMP N/A means "temporarily not available". What is the Online Order Status feature?
The unique Online Order Status feature here at BLACKMETAL.COM ensures you accurate information about your online order placed with us, whether you are a Registered User or Non-Registered. It tells you when we received your order, when it was shipped to you, by what shipping method and gives you your DCX tracking number (if you order 3 or more items in the USA) so you can track it at the United States Postal Service Website (http://www.usps.com). What is an Online Order Number?
You are assigned an Order Number once you Finalize your online order. It looks something like this: BMC55566(always type the BMC in CAPS when checking your Order Status - it is cAsE sensitive!). You are also emailed this Order Number along with a confirmation (assuming you typed your email address correctly in the Checkout Form).

How do I check my Online Order Status?
Easy! Simply click YOUR ACCOUNT on any page of BLACKMETAL.COM, then click ORDER STATUS. Once you are there, type in your Order Number (BMCxxxxx - whatever it is) and hit SUBMIT.

I didn't get an emailed order confirmation. Why?
Did you type your email address correctly and fully in the Checkout Form? If not, you won't get it.top
How quick will I get my order?
If you placed your order online and paid with a credit card you should recieve your order FAST!! Within the United States allow a week or so, but some people report getting their orders within a few days (!). We try our best to fill all orders as quickly as possible. If you are outside the USA, please allow 2 or 3 weeks for your postal service to deliver your package to you. Registered First Class International Airmail takes a bit longer, but is the safest way to ship outside the USA. If you paid by snail mail Personal Check, we hold all checks for 2 weeks, then ship the order.top
I lost my login name and password - what do I do?
No problem. Simply request it online with our automatic Username/Password Lookup Feature and the system will automatically email the username on file along with a new password to the email address you typed in when you registered. At that point you can login and change the password to whatever you want, if you want.top

Simply go to the HOME PAGE or any page in this site, and type in a band name in the QUICK ARTIST SEARCH (left column, middle) and hit ENTER or RETURN on your keyboard. OR... you can use the "FIND" box towards the top to locate a specific format, or letter of the Alphabet of the band you are searching for. For more detailed searching, click "Adv Search" on any page of the site. There you will have a multitude of choices in your search efforts.top
Do you have (fill in the blank) in stock?
It is MUCH QUICKER (not to mention easier) to do a search yourself at http://www.blackmetal.com for whatever band or title you are looking for, than to email us this query and expect us to email you back with the answer. All in stock items will come up just by typing the band name in the QUICK BAND SEARCH field and hitting enter (or return) on your keyboard. That is less keystrokes than sending us an email, or Instant Message us the question. You'll also get an immediate answer from the online search.top
What is your Return Policy?
OUR RETURN POLICY: We accept returns only on damaged discs, or in the case of a wrong item received. We do everything in our power to package each and every order carefully to prevent damage in transit; we also have a 3 point check system in place to prevent the wrong items from being shipped out. In the unlikely event you received a damaged disc, or the wrong item, simply email and request a return authorization. We will replace the item at our expense, or issue a credit slip if the item is out of stock. We do not accept returned merchandise for any other reasons, such as you "changed your mind" or because you later realized you "already have" the merchandise. Please note we do NOT issue refunds.top
