BOOKMARKS
If you had any inner pages of our site bookmarked, you will need to adjust those pages, but it's simple to just go to the old page and click the redirected URLs I've put in each of the old pages and adjust your bookmark accordingly.

REGISTERED USERS
Currently we hope to import all Customer Data into the new system, however, because the old and new systems are formatted differently (and because some of you typed some of your info in the wrong fields), this may not happen. If the data does not get imported, simply take a moment to re-register your data one time and avoid having to type it in each time your order. Registering is 100% SECURE AND SAFE!! Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. This is not such a bad thing anyway, because it will give you a chance to make sure your registered information is completely correct and up to date.

REGISTERING IS STILL OPTIONAL!!
We still allow you to order WITHOUT registering if you choose - it is purely optional. And, as always, we do not store any credit card numbers on our server for your security and protection, so if you do register, you'll still have to just type your credit card info fresh each time your order.

FINALIZATION PROBLEMS ELIMINATED!
A few of you have occasionally had problems finalizing your orders. The new shopping cart system eliminates this problem once and for all.

Yep. Our new shopping cart streamlines the backend process of filling your orders, so we retrieve, pull, charge, invoice and pack your orders in record time which translates to you getting your orders faster!

ONLINE ORDER STATUS
The new system has an improved Order Status feature that allows registered users to see at a glance their entire order history - anytime 24/7. You also get up to the minute status on your new order, with the status changing automatically when we begin to process it, and again when we ship it. SImply click any "My Account - Log In" link at the top of any page and login. Like always, you will also be able to track your Priority mail orders (of 3 items or more in the USA).

ONLINE ORDER STATUS for NON-REGISTERED USERS TOO!
Just like in the old system, non-registered users can look up their Online Order Status anytime 24/7 - click any "My Account - Log In" link at the top of any page and then click the "NON-REGISTERED ONLINE ORDER STATUS" link at the bottom of the white window.

NEW ORDER NUMBERS
In our current system Order Numbers begin with BMC50xxx. You will still be able to check your Online Order Status for all orders placed in the old system by simply clicking the MY ACCOUNT link on any page of this site, or go here (click the link at the very top of the login page)
