Satanic Warmaster is brilliant. It makes it even more interesting that they do incorporate National Socialist themes into the lyrics. Why are some people so petty and regressive that they are scared to even learn what National Socialism is? The media tells them to fear "nazis" and so they do - not knowing the first thing about them. The NSBM quite possibly has been the most innovative, creative, stylistic and intelligent genre to emerge in ages. And ignorant , self appointed censors want to ban this music for fear of it spreading. Pathetic. I guess that's what these "open minded" leftists mean when they talk about "tolerance" and "progress": banning music be cause they disaprove. Arise hordes of NSBM and path the way!

Well, I have had this c.d. for about seven months now.(The first issue c.d.)I have been at a loss of words for SATANIC WARMASTER's STRENGTH AND HONOUR. it is full of the necro blackmetal hate that we all love. (well maybe not that wussy Mjolnir on the review below.) Satanic Warmaster is the best band that i have had the pleasure to hear a long while.Satanic Warmaster will continue their hate filled violence until every christ loveing jew is slain!!! BEWARE. -88

another amazing release from northern heritage

This is the 4th release i have gotten from Northern Heritage, and I am beginning to feel like anything from this label is going to be high quality. I am sure I will buy everything I can from this label. Satanic Warmaster is yet another amazing black metal release out of Finland. To my ears it sounds at times as if Ihshan from Emperor singing for a blackend Celtic Frost. Which can never be a bad thing. As for the review claming SWM to be Nazis, I have read interviews with Mikko on his stance on the NSBM craze, and I cant believe that he would sign a NS band to his label after saying how riduculous the whole trend is. Other things I have read about SWM gives me no indication that they are NS, but either way this is a vital release and should be heard immediately. Hail Satanic Warmaster!!!

Great music but a burning moral issue...

This album features some of the most exciting and vicious black metal I've ever heard. The riffs are furious and passionate and the vocals are tortured and hate-filled. This is the raw essence of black metal and I would reccomend it to anyone if it were not for the following fact:

I cannot bring myself to support a band that so blatantly flaunt these political beliefs and I feel it is important that people know this fact before they make a decision about this cd. I know that many people share their view or have no problem with their view, and my advice to those people is to buy this cd and rejoice in its glory, however, I feel that their blatant support of racist and nazi beliefs is something that I cannot ever agree with or support in any way. I appreciate that people are entitled to their opinions and beliefs, but I do not share them.
