The second album by Sweden's quartet featuring members of Schietan & Gates of Ishtar; raging Dark Tranquility melodic intensity blended with grinding Classic German/American Thrash riffage! Definitely a different twist on the Swedish sound combined with old school Speed/Thrash! Everdawn is ever-great!

Pierre Törnkvist & Oskar Karlsson from Scheitan with Patrick Törnkvist (Pierre's brother?) on additional lead guitar. The Everdawn leans more toward Dissection's brand of deathish melodicism than Scheitan's Norwegian coldness, though because of the crisp & brilliant production by G.Norman, both bands are almost indistinguishable from one another, save for Patrick's full-on old school(!) guitar leads! As with Scheitan, this is high-energy BM that comes very close to matching the raging intensity of the more established Dissection & Kvist. A welcome addition to the collection of any true BM fanatic!
