Totally fucking essential example of the best & most excellent Greek Black Metal sound by a collaborative entity featuring Necromayhem (from Rotting Christ) & Magus Wampyr Daoloth (Necromantia, N.A.O.S., Diabolos Rising, etc.) with the very physically-imposing Gothmog (from Mortify) on vocals. More progressed & well-arranged than their debut "Eosforos", this sophomore release is a breathtaking, punch-in-the-gut improvement that exploits classic mid-80's German Thrash (think Destruction & Kreator) influences, blended with symphonic/ambient mysticism, obscurity, & Mediterranean darkness that is familiar to Rotting Christ & Necromantia's listeners. "Iron Youth/Brother Satan"


A very rare gem by Magus Wampyr Daoloth (see interview in Terrorizer mag #34) of Necromantia & Diabolos Rising *(also Danse Macabre, a new side-project with members of Ancient Rites!). The A-side, "Iron Youth" was released as a preview to the second N.A.O.S. CD "Melancholia" (released by Cacophonous, U.K.) features Wampyr Daoloth's majestic, Boyd Rice/Blood Axis-influenced martial march (highly reminiscent of Boyd's "Do You Want Total War?"). "Brother Satan" on the B-side is very regal orchestral instrumentation with solemn vocals for a very stirring gothic ambience similar to more recent recordings by Ulver.

Hand numbered, very limited (only 666 made!) rarity from obscure German label Membrum Debile Propaganda (Devilish Music Propaganda)-- available in the U.S. exclusively from BLACKMETAL.COM only!
