Originally Wings started out as a one man project band in 1992 when first couple of songs were made and recorded. Those tunes ended up on a promotape, that was released as an 7" EP by French Adipocere records. This 7" was sold out at 1000 so the originator of the band Gabriel S. (ex-Cartilage) decided to continue the project, only extending the line-up to a full & permanent one.

In 1996 Wings released their first CD through Woodcut Records. It has been well met by the audience and the reviewers. It has sold ca. 3000 copies, which is a fair amount for an unadvertized underground release.

A second CD is planned to be recorded during the Autumn of 1998 and it will be released by Woodcut Recs... and this time Wings will burn your soul to cinder."
